Your skin must be download-able. 5. If your skin has a preview error, put a blogger link for a Live Preview. 6. Maximum 2 skins allowed to be submitted for this competiton. 7. Image quality must be clear. 8. If you put a slight brief and a picture to your skin, make sure the picture and the brief can be seen clearly. 9. Pornographic images / vulgar are NOT ALLOWED. 10.
